Sponsor pricing model

Slot prices are not fixed — they adjust automatically from a pre-launch floor (75% of base) up to 2.5× as unique visitors in the last 30 days grow. At zero traffic you pay the starter rate; prices rise smoothly as the directory gains audience. Tune the target with AD_BASE_TRAFFIC (default 1,000 monthly uniques for 1× pricing).
